1. What is INFINITA SPACE?

Infinita Space is a unique art store dedicated to bringing the beauty and mystery of the cosmos into your home. Our collection features space-themed art prints, posters, and metal prints that are designed to inspire and uplift.

2. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website. Simply browse our collections, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions to complete your order.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

4. What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.

5. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

6. Can I cancel my order?

Orders are reviewed the day after they are placed. If you need to cancel your order, please do so before 2 PM Central Time the next day by contacting us at theinfinitaspace@gmail.com.

7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

8. How can I enter the free canvas giveaway?

9. How do I contact customer service?

The best way to reach us is via email at theinfinitaspace@gmail.com. We check emails on business days and Saturdays between 8 AM and 5 PM Central Time and strive to respond within 24 hours.
